Returns & Exchanges
Thirty days, tags on, and free exchanges when the size misses. We'd rather you get it right than keep something you won't wear.
The short version
- 30 days from delivery.
- Unworn, unwashed, tags attached.
- Size exchanges ship back to you free.
- Refunds go to the original payment method in 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
How to start one
Email returns@marigoldrow.lol with your order number and which item is coming back. We reply with a prepaid label for exchanges, or a return address for refunds. Return shipping on a refund is $5.95, deducted from the amount we send back.
What we can't take back
- Swimwear and bodysuits once the hygiene liner is removed.
- Pierced-ear jewelry.
- Final sale items, marked clearly on the product page.
- Anything that comes back smelling of smoke or perfume, or with makeup on the collar.
Exchanges
Tell us the size you want and we'll hold it for seven days while yours travels back. If it sells out in the meantime we'll refund you in full and apologize properly.
If we made the mistake
Wrong item, missing piece, a flaw we should have caught — we pay shipping both ways and you keep the original until the replacement lands. Just send a photo to info@marigoldrow.lol.
Sale items
Anything discounted 40% or more is final sale. It says so on the product page, above the add-to-bag button, not buried in a footnote.
